In terms of developments, on December 24, Ubtech Robotics announced that it had acquired 93,957,518 shares (representing 43% of the total share capital) of Fuling Stock, a listed company on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, through a combination of "agreement transfer and tender offer." According to the announcement, both the share transfer price and the tender offer price in this control rights change proposal are CNY 17.72 per share, resulting in a total consideration of CNY 1.665 billion. It is reported that Fuling Stock, as a specialized and innovative high-tech enterprise, has long been engaged in the research, development, and manufacturing of garden machinery such as lawnmowers, as well as engines, hydraulic control systems, and automotive parts. The company possesses solid precision manufacturing capabilities, a mature supply chain system, and a broad customer base.
Notably, recently, Ubtech Robotics won bids for two projects: the Humanoid Robot Greater Bay Area Data Collection Center Project in Huiyang District, Huizhou City, and the Equipment Procurement Project for the Embodied Intelligence Technology Center in Hohhot City, with contract values of CNY 59.62 million and CNY 77.8 million respectively, totaling over CNY 130 million. In 2025, the total value of Ubtech Robotics' humanoid robot orders has reached nearly CNY 1.4 billion, continuing to lead the global humanoid robotics industry. On December 26, the 1,000th Walker S2 robot rolled off the production line at Ubtech Robotics' super smart factory in Liuzhou, achieving an annual production capacity of 1,000 units. By 2026, Ubtech Robotics' annual production capacity for humanoid robots is expected to reach 10,000 units.
