During the quarter, Kingsoft Cloud demonstrated robust growth driven by its AI cloud services, with core businesses achieving resilient growth. The financial report showed that Kingsoft Cloud's Q4 revenue reached a new historical high of RMB 2.76 billion, representing a year-over-year increase of 23.7%. Among this, AI cloud billing revenue amounted to RMB 930 million, growing 95% year-over-year and accounting for 49% of public cloud revenue.
Boosted by the positive earnings report, Kingsoft Cloud's shares surged nearly 6% in pre-market trading on the US stock market, reaching USD 14.66 per share.
During the quarter, Kingsoft Cloud’s public cloud segment achieved revenue of RMB 1.902 billion, marking a significant year-over-year increase of 34.9%; the industry cloud segment generated revenue of RMB 860 million, reflecting a substantial quarter-over-quarter growth of 18.4%. The adjusted gross margin reached 17.1%, while the adjusted operating profit margin was 2.0%, with an adjusted operating profit of RMB 54.586 million. The company once again turned profitable, demonstrating continuous improvement and validation of its profitability.
